The majority of the bands annual engagements are concerts which are in various different formats; 

• Full band Concert
• Choir Concert
• Bandstand
• Summer Fete
• Weddings
• Formal Dinner (Background music with finale etc)
• Christmas Concerts

The band is very versatile and we pride ourselves in our ability to tailor a concert to meet the organiser’s requests. If there is a theme to the concert we will be able to select appropriate music from the bands extensive music library which contains over 1500 titles. If the venue allows then the band will be able to enhance the atmosphere with the use of special effects, i.e. indoor fireworks, smoke, lighting etc.

A formal concert may involve the Fanfare team and Corps of drums to add another dimension. The Band has performed many choir concerts with many different choirs ranging from male voice, ladies to children’s choirs as you can hear on our CD "Brass in Blue" when we were joined by Holyrood School Folk Group Choir singing "The lord is my Shepherd".

For several years the band has performed at Wetherby bandstand which is set in a beautiful location by the river Wharfe and generally attracts large audiences through out the year. 

Any money collected during the day by the organisers is donated to the Wetherby bandstand trust, which helps this charitable organisation to survive and therefore support the brass band movement in a technical age!

Recent performances have included concerts for the Beighton Church, Doncaster Salvation Army and York Minster.
