St. George's Day Scouts Parade, Doncaster

Hall gate School, Doncaster
Annual St. George's Day parade by 2000 scouts. Despite April showers and a cold breeze the band performed on the march to large crowds, the parade ending at St. Peter in the Chains, Chequer Road, Doncaster.

The kindly staff of the next door museum made us very welcome with lots of tea and coffee.

After the church service we marched back to the School with our scouts in tow.
