South Yorkshire Police Band came third in the 2nd section national brass band finals in Harrogate today.

The band has worked hard over the last month , and has been skilfully directed by musical director Leigh Baker. Drawn last (17th`), the hard work paid off, and the band delivered a near perfect performance that impressed judges Lynda Nicholson and C. Brian Buckely. Reviews of the each of the performing bands by 4barsrest.
